An electromechanical system that utilizes redundancy and feedback loops to guarantee safety of both personnel and machine. These systems can be used to protect people, machinery and manufacturing processes. Up to safety category 4 (in accordance with EN 954-1) and stop category 0 or 1 (in accordance with EN 60204-1) can be achieved with the proper installation.

Non-Contact:

Magnetic coding and RFID Transponder coding, giving a high degree of protection against tampering.

Multifunctional Gate Box:

Guard interlock system for robotic cells and automated machinery using RFID Transponder coding technology.

ESM Safety Relays:

Compact housing, up to 3 Safety Contacts + 1 Aux, standard or time-delay expander modules as well as 2-hand control modules are available.

ESM-F Safety Modules:

Compact housing with simple plug-in and use modular design, up to 4 Safety Contacts, two wire GO input interconnection, plug-in connection terminals.
