WERMA’s vocal element can replay sounds, songs and recorded spoken messages in MP3 format. Using the supplied USB connecting cable, the vocal element is simply linked up to a PC or laptop. It is automatically recognized as new hardware and appears as an external memory in Windows Explorer. It is now possible to effortlessly move existing audio files to the vocal element using the drag & drop method. Necessary MP3 file conversion software is included in the sounder.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS INCLUDE

Industrial applications include using pre-recorded text enabling a piece of equipment to aid in its own troubleshooting. Discreet machine outputs can easily provide recovery steps to get a machine back up and running. Artificial interactive discussions are also capable by cleverly providing text messages based on the expected inputs from a user or machine operator. This can be very helpful in troubleshooting efforts. Also, the user records the messages for their specific applications. This benefit allows any language necessary to overcome any potential language barriers specific to their work force.
